Kuda888 Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Terms

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

2Member Eligibility

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Kuda888 provides a variety of secure and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian users, including online bank transfers through major banks, local e-wallets, and approved digital payment methods. All deposits are processed through integrated payment systems and protected by SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for all payment methods unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Kuda888 does not accept deposits from third parties, third-party credit cards, or unidentifiable sources.
• All successful deposits are final and cannot be reversed after being credited to the account.
• Kuda888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, but your financial institution may impose separate charges.

5Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

10Account Closure & Restrictions

Kuda888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon the member's own request for the purpose of self-exclusion.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed at the member's request, eligible cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal after all checks are completed. Processing time is between 3 to 14 working days depending on the case.

11Limitation of Liability

Kuda888 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members as a result of:

• Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Third-party actions including payment service providers that are beyond kuda888's control.
• Unfavourable betting outcomes — wins and losses are part of betting.

Kuda888's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by the member in the 30 days preceding the disputed event.

12Amendments & Notices
